Programme Overview
The Influence and Building a Personal Brand workshop is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and strategies to enhance their influence, credibility, and visibility in the workplace by developing a strong personal brand.
Amy Cuddy best explains it as: ‘Have you ever left a nerve-racking challenge and immediately wished for a do over?
Maybe after a performance session or a difficult conversation? Too often we approach our lives’ biggest hurdles with dread, execute them with anxiety, and leave them with regret.
By accessing our personal power, we can achieve ‘presence, the state in which we stop worrying about the impression we’re making on others and instead adjust the impression we’ve been making on ourselves!
Through this programme, we breakdown how to give ourselves the best chance when we Show Up, moment by moment, by revolutionizing our Body Language to communicate the outcome we want in situations.
In essence, we are building Game Changers….We do this through robust knowledge transfer and VR Immersions, backed by Al Powered real time feedback. The workshop combines interactive learning activities, group discussions, and practical exercises to equip participants with the skills and tools necessary to build a compelling personal brand and leverage it to make a positive impact within their organization.
