Kivar’s story began with a simple, yet powerful belief: that meaningful learning can transform people, teams, and businesses. Founded by husband-and-wife team Devene and Leisha Naidoo, our roots lie in South Africa, where we spent nearly a decade running Injabulo Learning. There, we trained over 2000 learners, earned five awards, and witnessed firsthand the profound impact of tailored skills development.
Building on this success, we set our sights on a new chapter — bringing our expertise to the Middle East. We combine years of experience with a deep understanding of the evolving needs of businesses. Our approach is personal, strategic, and results-driven. We focus not just on surface-level learning, but on creating lasting behavioural shifts that empower individuals and strengthen organisations.
Devene Naidoo brings over a decade of experience in performance and business coaching, with a proven track record in strategy leadership, sales, and team development. His expertise lies in transforming organisations by equipping leaders and teams with the skills and strategies needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
Devene holds a Degree in Business Management (Cum Laude), alongside diplomas in Financial Modelling from the University of Cape Town and Operations Management from Varsity College. His technical qualifications include being a Skills Development Facilitator, Advanced Facilitator, and Team Development Specialist.

Leisha Naidoo brings a wealth of expertise in business management, human resource development, and organisational growth. With a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to empowering individuals and teams, Leisha specialises in creating tailored solutions that drive meaningful, sustainable change.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Human Resource Development from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Higher Certificate in Applied Organisational Development from UNISA. Leisha is also a certified Integrative Enneagram Practitioner through Integrative Enneagram Solutions, enabling her to deliver deep, impactful coaching that focuses on self-awareness, team dynamics, and behavioural transformation.
